PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
BETWEEN INTERCEPTOR TRADING, INC, AND SUBSCRIBER

 

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.

 

This PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY (the “PARP”) is part of your subscription under the Interceptor Agreement between Interceptor Trading, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “INTERCEPTOR”) and you, the user and/or member (“SUBSCRIBER” or “you”)

 

1. SUBSCRIPTION COST AND PAYMENT POLICIES

 

Initial Subscription Period, Renewal Period, Cancellation and Billing

 

For a limited time only, new subscribers will receive a thirty (30) day free trial for the use of our SERVICES (the “Initial Subscription Period”). If you are a new subscriber, after your Initial Subscription Period you will be billed the monthly rate of $149.00 (the “Limited Offer Subscription Price”) for the first three months after the Initial Subscription Period ends (the “Limited Offer Subscription Period”). After the Limited Offer Subscription Period ends, you will be billed the monthly rate of $249.00 per month (the “Standard Subscription Price”) thereafter until your subscription is either cancelled by you or terminated in accordance with this Interceptor Agreement.

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the Initial Subscription Period without any penalty or further obligation, provided that you cancel at least one day prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle, which starts on the first day of every month after the Initial Subscription Period. Thereafter, each month of continuous subscription to our SERVICES will have the same cancellation policy of canceling at least one day prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle.

 

There are no refunds on months already in use. After the Initial Subscription period, all future billing will be on a thirty (30) day cycle and payment will be drawn on the first day following each thirty (30) day renewal cycle (the “Renewal Period”). Your credit card or payment method on file will be billed for each ensuing month of service. As SUBSCRIBER, you agree that your credit card or other acceptable payment method will be used to pay for the monthly subscription fee in effect on the date the payment is made.

 

Refund Policy

 

There are no refunds for any renewals billed during subsequent Renewal Periods. Again, if you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the Renewal Period, please do so by cancelling your subscription renewal in the billing section of your account profile.

 

Please note that INTERCEPTOR will not accept any email, overnight express mail, or regular mail notices for cancellation of your subscription. You must manage your own cancellation of subscription. As the SUBSCRIBER, you and you alone have the only authority to manage the billing section of your account with INTERCEPTOR and you are solely responsible, at all times, for managing any changes to the billing methods for payment and/or cancellation of your subscription.

 

If SUBSCRIBER cancels and does not renew their subscription, you may re-start your subscription at any time in the future, up to one (1) year of inactivity and use the same login and password credentials to renew your subscription after cancellation. After one (1) year of inactivity, your account will be put into archive and you will need to open a new account thereafter.

 

Cost of Subscription

 

Your Initial Subscription Period covers a free thirty (30) day introductory trial use of our SERVICES. While there is no payment due for the Initial Subscription Period, nevertheless, a valid major credit or debit card will be required at the completion of your account application with us to become a subscriber. This is for use and access to one (1) ITM.
The payment method used to complete the subscription application with us will be kept on file for future billing beyond the Initial Subscription Period. Future payment methods can be managed in the Billing section of our website, which may include options for payment by major credit card, PayPal or other electronic transfer of funds available through Stripe. Stripe is a payment service provider that can accept credit cards, mobile wallets, in more than 135 currencies.

 

Unless otherwise cancelled by the SUBSCRIBER pursuant to cancellation provisions contained herein this Interceptor Agreement, the SERVICES will automatically renew every month, on the billing date of each Renewal Period the first day following each thirty (30) day renewal period. The Limited Offer Subscription price of $149.00 per month for one (1) ITM will remain in place for three months following the Initial Subscription Period. Thereafter, the renewal price per month will be the Standard Subscription Price of $249.00 for one (1) ITM.

 

The Standard Subscription Price is subject to change in the future (the “Adjusted Subscription Price”). In the absence of the SUBSCRIBER’s timely cancellation of subscription, the SUBSCRIBER’s payment method will be charged either the Standard Subscription Price or Adjusted Subscription Price for each ensuing Renewal Period of subscription to our services. The Standard Subscription Price or Adjusted Subscription Price, will be subject to additional applicable sale tax charged by SUBSCRIBER’s jurisdiction.

 

Price Adjustments

 

We reserve the right to change fees, surcharges, monthly or other periodic subscription fees or to institute new fees at any time as provided in this Interceptor Agreement. However, any future price increases will NEVER affect your current subscription rate. No price adjustments will be made without publication and/or delivery of notice to you the SUBSCRIBER at least sixty (60) days prior to any change in monthly subscription pricing.

 

2. PAYMENT METHODS

 

All charges are in U.S. Dollars. We accept U.S. issued credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and PayPal.

 

When placing an order online with a credit or debit card, you will need:

 

1. The address the card’s statement is sent to (billing address);
2. The card number and expiration date; and
3. The 3 or 4 digit code found only on the card (CVV2 code).

 

By submitting credit card information or other payment information to us, you represent and agree that: (i) you are fully entitled to use that card or account; (ii) if you choose a subscription-based purchase, that you will pay all payments for your subscriptions by the date due; (iii) all payment information provided is complete and accurate; (iv) you will be responsible for any credit card fees; and (v) that sufficient funds exist to pay us the amount(s) due.

 

We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your subscription(s) if you signed up for subscription(s). Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill you directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.

SUBSCRIBER affirms that SUBSCRIBER has read this entire Interceptor Trading, Inc. – Payments and Refund Policy Between Interceptor Trading, Inc. and Subscriber along with the corresponding documents incorporated by reference below.
