This Privacy Policy (the “ITS Privacy Policy”) is provided by Interceptor Trading, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “INTERCEPTOR”) for the user and/or member (“SUBSCRIBER” or “you”) to inform SUBSCRIBER of the Company’s policy on the handling of your personal information.
INTERCEPTOR owns and operates the Interceptor Trading System (“ITS”) which produces the Interceptor Trade Blueprint (“ITB”), which pertain to selected Interceptor Trade Modules (“ITMs”), and offers software as a service (SaaS), and SaaS related web-based tools; proprietary data analytics and data screening involving securities within certain asset classes; and access to its related websites including, but not limited to, www.interceptortrading.com, access to tools, data and information on its websites, digital publications, podcasts, newsletters and publishing platforms.
INTERCEPTOR is a data analytics, software as a service (SaaS) provider that allows subscribers to utilize easy to use SaaS tools created by INTERCEPTOR that remove time inefficiencies associated with asset class screening and transaction execution processes.
When you access and use our SERVICES as a subscriber (“SUBSCRIBER”), you will have the ability to use our SaaS related web-based tools to assist you in the routing and execution of your purchase and sale of securities within certain asset classes.
By accepting the terms and conditions associated with your subscription, you are the sole authorizing party, exclusively involved in the use of the SOFTWARE and your sole discretionary use of the ORS with your brokerage firm. We offer this SaaS related web-based tool (the ORS) as an accommodation feature only.
Additionally, the DATA provided through our SOFTWARE is yours to use, or not use, as you see fit. There are check off boxes associated with DATA points that you can select and/or deselect prior to utilizing the ORS.
In conjunction with the SERVICES we provide, we operate a large data pool analytics program. We manage this program using proprietary tools and formulas that we designed and built to filter market data and price action information through an extensive series of algorithms. Our daily reports, the result of our analytics program, is what we refer to as ITB.
We believe that your personal information is important to you, as is the protection of your personal information online. We feel the same way about our data and require you treat our information with confidentiality and protection. This is our privacy policy regarding the privacy of information we collect on our web site.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.
In order to use the Website, a user must first complete the registration form and create a user account (“User Account”). During registration a user is required to give certain information.
This Privacy Notice describes our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal and company information. It applies to your use of our SERVICES, and related websites including, but not limited to, www.interceptortrading.com, and including through mobile devices.
By using our Services and/or registering for an account with us, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Notice and our User Agreement, “accepting” your user account, and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
You may be asked to choose a user name, screen name, or member name (each, a “User Name”) and password.
You may also be asked to provide certain user information and other personally identifiable information about yourself (collectively “User Information”), such as your first and last name, company name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
The Website allows you to update certain information when you are logging in. If you provide us with User Information, we will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect it from unauthorized disclosure.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may disclose publicly in such SERVICE. In some instances, you may choose to create a “Public Profile” that will be available to others on the Internet and therefore may not be anonymous. Public Profiles are managed entirely by you, and you are solely responsible for your Public Profile’s content and its “public” or “private” status.
INTERCEPTOR bears no responsibility for any action or policies of any third parties who collect any information that users may disclose in user forums or other public areas of this website(s). You are also responsible for maintaining and updating the registration information in your User Account with current and complete information.
You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing e-mails from the website(s) by clicking the link contained within such e-mails sent to you. You cannot unsubscribe from receiving correspondence regarding non-marketing e-mails, including but not limited to correspondence with parties involved in a transaction with you, or emails with INTERCEPTOR regarding your User Account and activities on or through the website(s).
You should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases. In addition, we may institute a policy in which User Information is deleted after a certain amount of time, and therefore, your User Information may no longer exist in the our active databases. Even if you choose to unsubscribe or otherwise modify your User Account settings, INTERCEPTOR reserves the right to contact you regarding your account and your use of this Website and/or the SERVICES.
Some features of the website(s) and our SERVICES permit you to provide content to the SERVICES, such as user comments. All content submitted by a User to the Website may be retained by INTERCEPTOR, even after you terminate your User Account. We may continue to disclose such content to other parties in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
Subscription
In order to access ITS and the SERVICES, we require you to register. In order to register, you’ll have to supply us with your email, choose a unique user name and password, and provide us with some additional information about yourself and your method of payment.
Information Gathered and Tracked by Interceptor Trading, Inc.
INTERCEPTOR gathers two types of data about users:
- the personal information you provide to us (a.) when registering as a subscriber of the ITS or any other site maintained or owned by INTERCEPTOR; and (b.) voluntarily at certain other points, such as contests or surveys; and
- tracking information, which is automatically collected about all visitors to our sites.
Also, please be aware that advertisers or websites that are linked to or from one or more INTERCEPTOR related websites that you may or may not visit, or contained in an email, may collect personally identifiable information about users. The information practices of those websites linked to the SERVICES are not covered by this privacy policy and INTERCEPTOR is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
Personal Information
- We collect personal information when communicating or interacting with you. Personal information is any information that we can use to identify, locate or contact you.
- We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via the website(s) or other direct contact from you. We may share the information we collect as stated herein, and/or in the following instances:
- We have been given your consent to disclose;
- We have previously informed you of the disclosure, including by means of our Privacy Policy or on the website(s), or through the SERVICES and/or other third party service where you provided your information; we are required by law, legal process, or court order to disclose; and/or

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Such information may be used to facilitate transactions among our accounts, users, INTERCEPTOR, ITS, SERVICES, and third parties. As such, this information may be shared and used by all such parties to the extent we desire or otherwise allow such information to be shared. You are hereby accepting and agreeing to such use and sharing of information.
- Our website(s) and SERVICES may ask you to submit user information, as well as other information about other people and/or their affiliated companies. Such information may be used to facilitate transactions among our Users, INTERCEPTOR, ITS, SERVICES, and third parties. As such, such information may be shared and used by all such parties. You are hereby accepting and agreeing to such use and sharing of information.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Surveys/Polls
At certain times, you may be asked to participate in surveys, which are generally aimed at obtaining general information, for example, your investment experience or your reactions to possible new feature. Information obtained in these surveys is NOT connected with individual subscribers or used internally to help better market our service.
Contests and Sweepstakes
We may, from time to time, offer contests or sweepstakes in which certain personal information is required for registration, for purposes of verifying the entrants’ identities and notifying the winners.
However, the information is not connected with user names. If you participate in a contest or sweepstakes sponsored by INTERCEPTOR, your personal information is subject to the terms of this policy.
Tracking Information
Tracking data consists of both individual and aggregated tracking information and is automatically gathered using “cookies”.
Use of the Information
INTERCEPTOR uses personal information obtained from its users as stated in this Privacy Policy, and to enhance users’ experiences on our sites.
Confirmation of Subscription status
In conjunction with marketing efforts of a limited number of investment-related third parties, we may enable them to make special offers to their customers who are also SUBSCRIBERS of ITS. In order to enable these limited marketing efforts, we will confirm a subscribers’ active status. We will not disclose anything other than the status of the subscriber as either “active” or “not active”.
Correcting and Updating the Information
INTERCEPTOR offers to SUBSCRIBERS the ability to correct or update online the information we collected during registration by visiting the Account Information page. You may also contact our customer service department by email to: [email protected].
Security
INTERCEPTOR limits access to personal information about you to those employees whom we determine need access to that information to provide products or SERVICES to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

INTERCEPTOR discloses personal information about former customers only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
